Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding (Meal Prep)
Ingredients
- 60g rolled oats
- 9 tsp chia seeds
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 300g Greek yogurt
- 300ml milk
- 25g Just Live a Little Cocoa & Toasted Hazelnut Granola (per serving)
- 90g fresh strawberries (30g per serving, sliced)
- 15g dark chocolate chips (5g per serving)

Method
- Make the pudding base: In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Add milk and Greek yogurt, then whisk until smooth and well combined. Let sit 15 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Layer containers: Add a small handful of Just Live a Little Cocoa & Toasted Hazelnut Granola to the bottom of each container. Spoon over the chia pudding base, dividing evenly across 3 containers.
- Top & finish: Add remaining granola on top, followed by sliced fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips.
- Chill: Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Keeps well for up to 3 days.
- Serve: Enjoy straight from the container.
