GRANOLA-STUFFED BAKED APPLES

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Just Live A Little Maple & Toasted Pecan Granola
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Thick yogurt for topping
Prep time: 5mins
Cooking time: 30mins
Serves: 4

Method

- Halve the apples and remove the core. Lay in oven-proof dish and sprinkle lightly with coconut oil and cinnamon.

- Mix together honey and granola and stuff each apple with the mix. Bake 30min with tray covered, and the last 5min uncovered.

- Let cool 10min and serve with thick yogurt or cream.
