Warming Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 30g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200ml milk
- Plain yogurt (topping)
- Just Live A Little Maple & Toasted Pecan Granola (topping)
- Stewed berries (topping)
- Puffed quinoa (topping)
- Nut butter (topping)

Method
- Add banana, oats, chia seeds and milk to a pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, mashing the banana and stirring thoroughly throughout.
- Add the porridge to a bowl and top with yogurt, granola, stewed berries, puffed quinoa and a dollop of nut butter.
