Warming Porridge Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 30g oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200ml milk
  • Plain yogurt (topping)
  • Just Live A Little Maple & Toasted Pecan Granola (topping)
  • Stewed berries (topping)
  • Puffed quinoa (topping)
  • Nut butter (topping)
Prep time: 5mins
Cooking time: 5mins
Serves: 1

Method

  • Add banana, oats, chia seeds and milk to a pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, mashing the banana and stirring thoroughly throughout. 
  • Add the porridge to a bowl and top with yogurt, granola, stewed berries, puffed quinoa and a dollop of nut butter.
