Chocolate hazelnut ice-cream sundae
Ingredients
- 100g chopped hazelnuts
- 50ml chocolate sauce / 50ml of cherry sauce (or both)
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 50g Just Live a Little Cocoa & Toasted Hazelnut Granola
- Whipped cream
- 2 cherries for garnish on top
This delightful Ice-Cream Sundae has a classic combination of Ice cream, Chocolate and Toasted Hazelnut with the crunch of gluten free granola. Feel free to freestyle your toppings and make yours, yours.

Method
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Add 2 tbsp nuts and 2 tbsp of granola to the bottom of each of the 2 tall glasses.
- Add 1 tbsp chocolate / cherry sauce to each glass and top with 1 scoop of ice cream.
- Repeat layers again
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate / cherry sauce, and a final sprinkle of nuts and granola
- Decorate with cherry on top.
