Chocolate hazelnut ice-cream sundae

Ingredients

  • 100g chopped hazelnuts
  • 50ml chocolate sauce / 50ml of cherry sauce (or both)
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 50g Just Live a Little Cocoa & Toasted Hazelnut Granola
  • Whipped cream
  • 2 cherries for garnish on top
This delightful Ice-Cream Sundae has a classic combination of Ice cream, Chocolate and Toasted Hazelnut with the crunch of gluten free granola. Feel free to freestyle your toppings and make yours, yours.

Method

  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden.
  2. Add 2 tbsp nuts and 2 tbsp of granola to the bottom of each of the 2 tall glasses.
  3. Add 1 tbsp chocolate / cherry sauce to each glass and top with 1 scoop of ice cream.
  4. Repeat layers again
  5. Top with whipped cream, chocolate / cherry sauce, and a final sprinkle of nuts and granola
  6. Decorate with cherry on top.
