Chocolate & hazelnut baked oats


  • 100g Just Live a Little Cocoa & Toasted Hazelnut Granola
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 235ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips and a drizzle of nut butter for topping
Create spoonfuls of warm and satisfying morning goodness with these gluten free Chocolate & Hazelnut Baked Oats. The combination of hearty gluten free granola mixed with hazelnut butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and rich chocolate chips is one for the winter mornings.

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C fan.
  2. Mix together the granola, cocoa, and baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the mashed banana, nut butter, milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
  4. Divide between 2 lightly greased ramekins and sprinkle some chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter on top.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, leave to cool slightly then enjoy!
