Chocolate & hazelnut baked oats
Ingredients
- 100g Just Live a Little Cocoa & Toasted Hazelnut Granola
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 235ml milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips and a drizzle of nut butter for topping
Create spoonfuls of warm and satisfying morning goodness with these gluten free Chocolate & Hazelnut Baked Oats. The combination of hearty gluten free granola mixed with hazelnut butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and rich chocolate chips is one for the winter mornings.

Method
- Preheat your oven to 160°C fan.
- Mix together the granola, cocoa, and baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Add the mashed banana, nut butter, milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
- Divide between 2 lightly greased ramekins and sprinkle some chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, leave to cool slightly then enjoy!
