Ingredients
- 400g thick Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 3-4 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (optional, for extra texture)

Method
- In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom until smooth.
- Divide the spiced yoghurt between two serving bowls.
