Spiced Vanilla Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 400g thick Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom (optional)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 3-4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (optional, for extra texture)
  • 60g Just Live a Little Pomegranate & Almond Topper

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom until smooth.
  2. Divide the spiced yoghurt between two serving bowls.
  3. Arrange banana and strawberry slices in a fan pattern on top. 
  4. Sprinkle with rolled oats if using.
