Caramelised Peach Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach
 - 1 tsp unsalted butter
 - 1 tsp soft brown sugar
 - ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
 - 150g Greek yogurt
 - 1 tsp runny honey
 - 30g fresh raspberries
 - 1 tsp desiccated coconut
 - 25g Just Live a Little Raspberry, Coconut & Cashew Granola

        Method
- Slice the peach: Cut into neat wedges on a chopping board.
 - Caramelise: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add peach slices, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Fry 2-3 minutes each side until golden and sticky.
 - Build the base: Spoon Greek yogurt into a serving bowl and swirl in the honey.
 - Assemble: Top with caramelised peach slices, fresh raspberries, a sprinkle of desiccated coconut, and a handful of Just Live a Little Raspberry, Coconut & Cashew Granola.
 - Serve & enjoy!
