Caramelised Banana Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 40g rolled oats
 - 200ml milk
 - ½ tbsp honey
 - 1 medium ripe banana
 - 1 tsp unsalted butter
 - 1 tsp soft brown sugar
 - ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1 tbsp almond butter
 - 25g Just Live a Little Maple & Toasted Pecan Granola

        Method
- Prep the banana: Peel and slice into rounds on a chopping board.
 - Caramelise: Heat the butter in a small pan. Add banana slices, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook 2-3 minutes each side until golden and caramelised.
 - Make the porridge: In a separate pan, combine oats and milk. Cook gently over medium heat, stirring, for 4-5 minutes until creamy. Stir in the honey.
 - Assemble the bowl: Pour the porridge into a serving bowl. Top with caramelised banana slices, a spoonful of almond butter, and a generous sprinkle of Just Live a Little Maple & Toasted Pecan Granola.
 - Finish & serve: Drizzle with extra honey if desired.
