Raspberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 80g fresh raspberries
  • 120g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 30g Just Live a Little Raspberry, Coconut & Cashew Granola

Serves: 8

Method

  1. Mash the raspberries: Add raspberries to a small bowl and crush with a fork until slightly juicy but still textured (do not fully crush).
  2. Mix: Stir in Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and combined.
  3. Shape bites: Spoon slightly larger dollops (about 1½ tbsp each) onto a tray lined with baking parchment. This should yield around 8 bites.
  4. Top: Sprinkle each generously with Just Live a Little Raspberry, Coconut & Cashew Granola.
  5. Freeze: Place tray in the freezer for 3 hours until firm.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
