Raspberry Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- 80g fresh raspberries
- 120g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30g Just Live a Little Raspberry, Coconut & Cashew Granola

Method
- Mash the raspberries: Add raspberries to a small bowl and crush with a fork until slightly juicy but still textured (do not fully crush).
- Mix: Stir in Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and combined.
- Shape bites: Spoon slightly larger dollops (about 1½ tbsp each) onto a tray lined with baking parchment. This should yield around 8 bites.
- Top: Sprinkle each generously with Just Live a Little Raspberry, Coconut & Cashew Granola.
- Freeze: Place tray in the freezer for 3 hours until firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
