Maple Pecan Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 100g Just Live a Little Maple & Toasted Pecan Granola
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 120g almond butter
- 120ml maple syrup
- 40g dark chocolate chips
- 40g pecans (lightly crushed)

Method
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, Just Live a Little granola, chia seeds, dark chocolate chips and pecans.
- Add wet ingredients: Warm almond butter and maple syrup gently in a small pan until smooth and runny. Pour over dry mix.
- Combine: Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is evenly coated.
- Set: Transfer mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly and evenly into a flat layer.
- Chill & cut: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into ~8 bars with a sharp knife.
- Serve and enjoy!
