Grilled Date Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 4 Medjool dates
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 25g Just Live a Little Peanut Butter & Red Apple Granola

Method
- Prep the dates: Remove stones, slice dates lengthways on a chopping board.
- Grill the dates: Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add dates and a pinch of salt. Grill for 2-3 minutes, turning until soft, caramelised, and glossy.
- Build the base: Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl.
- Assemble: Top with grilled dates, a dusting of cinnamon, a drizzle of olive oil, a spoonful of peanut butter, and a generous handful of Just Live a Little Peanut Butter & Red Apple Granola.
