Grilled Date Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 25g Just Live a Little Peanut Butter & Red Apple Granola

Serves: 1

Method

  1. Prep the dates: Remove stones, slice dates lengthways on a chopping board.
  2. Grill the dates: Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add dates and a pinch of salt. Grill for 2-3 minutes, turning until soft, caramelised, and glossy.
  3. Build the base: Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  4. Assemble: Top with grilled dates, a dusting of cinnamon, a drizzle of olive oil, a spoonful of peanut butter, and a generous handful of Just Live a Little Peanut Butter & Red Apple Granola.
  5. Serve & enjoy!
